🚗 Practical Test Retraining
If you’re unsuccessful in your practical driving test after completing one of our intensive courses, we offer targeted support to help you work on any serious or dangerous faults identified by the DVSA examiner.
To qualify for remedial support, you must:
Notify us within 7 days of your test result
Submit a copy of your DL25A (Driving Test Report)
Rebook your next practical test with the DVSA
Depending on your situation, remedial help may include:
In-car coaching with one of our instructors
Online resources or personalised feedback
Targeted advice from our training team
Please note: This support does not include DVSA practical test fees or vehicle hire for your next test.
Additional lessons may still be required and are not included under this pledge. The type and amount of remedial support offered is based on your individual needs and at the discretion of our training team.
